Meet the ATPM Senior Management Team

 

Paul Davies
Paul Davies
Chief Executive Officer

Paul commenced with ATPM as CEO in July 2017 with the completion of the transfer of ownership of ATPM to the NRMA.
Paul was previously Executive General Manager, Travel and Touring at the NRMA, leading the team responsible for the travel and touring portfolio of businesses within the NRMA group. Paul is also currently a member of the Tourism Industry Advisory Council of the NSW Business Chamber.

Before joining the NRMA, Paul held a variety of senior commercial and marketing roles with tourism and travel industry organisations in Australia and internationally. Most recently, Paul was a member of the executive team at Taronga Conservation Society Australia, as General Manager Marketing, Commercial and Fundraising.

Paul has also been General Manager, Global Consumer Marketing at Tourism Australia and has also worked in various marketing, product and sales roles for Qantas and British Airways in Australia, Africa and the UK.

Paul was born in the UK but with an Australian wife and two children, he now calls Australia home. He holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Cambridge University and a Masters of Business Administration from York University, Toronto.

Chief Financial Officer

Matt joined ATPM in 2010. He supports the senior management team in their decision making through effective and timely financial reporting, critical analysis, issue identification and presentation of group and business unit results. As CFO, Matt is responsible for overseeing all the fiscal obligations of the organisation in conjunction with the CEO.

Matt has achieved a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Finance & Accounting) from Griffith University and is a qualified CPA.

His work history includes ten years of experience in the Legal, Telecommunications, Gambling, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Tourism industries. Furthermore, he has held roles as an Accountant, UK Finance Officer and State Management Accountant.

Deborah Holland

General Manager – Marketing and Sales

Deborah joined ATPM in December 2016 as General Manager, Marketing and Sales.

With a passion for tourism steering her along her career path, Deborah has forged a solid career in marketing working with arguably some of Australia’s best-known products and destinations in the tourism, accommodation and entertainment sectors.

Most recently at Trade & Investment Queensland, Deborah has held marketing manager roles with Tourism and Events Queensland and Village Roadshow Theme Parks focusing on marketing the parks and Gold Coast to consumers in key international markets. She also spent 5 years with Mantra Group leading a team responsible for tactical campaigns and digital marketing and ran groups and events sales for Dreamworld/WhiteWater World.

Deborah holds a Masters of Marketing Management from Griffith University and recently completed a CIM accredited Diploma of Digital Marketing.

 

Luzette McKenzie

National Operations & Development Support Manager

Luzette has had a long and varied career in both operations and administration. Her experience includes positions in hotel management and as State Manager of a national delicatessen franchise. In 1995 Luzette and her husband successfully tendered for the contract to manage the 4.5 star Broadwater Tourist Park for the Gold Coast City Council.

Luzette joined ATPM in June 2001 as a Group Operations & Administration Manager, and in her current role oversees the operation of the Escape 2 Leased properties as well as the Managed Parks division.

Her responsibilities include ensuring that management teams are fully supported in their contracts. Luzette provides operational advice to park managers, refines policies and procedures, provides system training, completes on-site park inspections, oversees park quality control, manages capital works initiatives and assists with reporting for the parks (non-financial).

Chris Peereboom

Operations Manager

Chris joined ATPM in November 2016 as the Operations Manager WA looking after the RAC portfolio and the WA Support Office. He is responsible for client liaison, strategic focus and business analysis and delivery of on budget capital works.

Chris brings a broad range of property management experience from a variety of roles in student and resource accommodation and resorts from all around Australia. He originally started work at one of the RAC properties 12 years ago as a waiter and has worked through all departments before getting into property management in 2006. Chris completed his Diploma of Business Management in 2010 and also spent time sitting on a number of tourism boards.
