Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM), provide a wide range of services to the caravan park and resort industry. Over time we have developed expertise in all areas of tourist park and resort management, to become a “one stop shop” for all your needs.
ATPM has carried out extensive capital works programs on our own parks, with several million dollars more to be spent on park redevelopment over the next 2-3 years. ATPM has also coordinated the complete redevelopment of tourist parks for the Byron Shire and Gold Coast City Council, as well as a multi-million dollar redevelopment of the Glenhaven Van Village now known as the Batemans Bay Beach Resort.
Together with our partners ATPM can provide you with a full range of development services including concept plans, master plan, detailed design, specifications and engineering work.
Design of Park Facilities
ATPM has designed more than twenty parks and many more park facilities including: Cabins, Lodgings, Studios, Camp Kitchens, Amenities, Ensuites, Reception Buildings, Managers Residences, Entrance Statements, Signage and Recreation Rooms.
Our designs consider the location, amenity and customer base of your park. Designs are environmentally friendly wherever possible and include detailed design and specifications.

Currently ATPM leases and manages 30 tourist parks and resorts throughout QLD, VIC, NSW, SA and TAS. ATPM offers its clients an end-to-end business solution to park and resort management. Not only can we provide you with a top quality management team, we also offer the support framework of our head office as part of the overall management package. Preparation of Management Plans
Due to our extensive experience in all aspects of managing and developing tourist parks and resorts, ATPM are regularly approached by clients to develop management plans assisting them in planning for the future direction of their parks. These plans include information such as caravan park industry statistics, stakeholder surveys, as well as proposed marketing and development plans.
Preparation of Business Plans
ATPM has provided a number of clients with business plans assisting them in the financial planning of their parks. These plans include information such as yield analysis, ROI, capital funding options, financial modelling options and benchmarking.

Preparation of Marketing Plans
ATPM has provided a number of clients with extensive marketing plans to assist them in strategy design, execution and implementation of marketing initiatives for their parks. The marketing plans consist of key initiatives relevant to the park; often including print media, online media, memberships, local marketing and branding.
Website and Graphic Design
ATPM has an in house Graphic Designer to assist clients with their graphic and web design needs. ATPM also has an extensive sales and marketing team who all have extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of website and design.
ATPM also has access to a number of quality suppliers to assist with major Graphic Design and printing jobs.
