A focus on customer service and product innovation has seen three parks managed by NRMA Parks and Resorts achieve Tourism Award success in three states.

NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park won the gold medal for best Caravan and Holiday Parks at the Tasmanian Tourism Awards along with RAC Cervantes Holiday Park taking out the top award at the Western Australia Tourism Awards.

NRMA Victor Harbour Holiday Park won the silver award at the South Australian Tourism Awards.

NRMA Parks and Resorts CEO Paul Davies says the needs and expectations of campers, caravanners and holiday park guests are changing.

“Our guests are looking for a great holiday experience at a great destination.

“We are committed to evolving our parks to include more resort-like features with tropical swimming pools and waterparks or popular glamping-style options,” said Mr Davies.

Each of the awards evaluated NRMA Parks and Resorts’s approach to customer service, product innovation, marketing and environmental sustainability.

“Parks owned and managed by NRMA Parks and Resorts are being recognised as more innovative, pushing into new markets with new ideas for product development and customer satisfaction to ensure every guest has an exceptional holiday experience.”
